At STARFIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all STARFIT tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
